📋 Description

• Oversee and direct quarterly releases for Oracle HCM Cloud

• Ensure prompt evaluation of Oracle documentation and strategize for forthcoming features

• Uphold system stability, performance, and data accuracy

• Execute detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with an emphasis on user experience and system performance

• Provide a cutting-edge, intuitive, AI-driven user experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 3 years working with HRIS/Human Resources Capital Management Systems

• Practical experience with Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud

• In-depth knowledge of Redwood UX and Visual Builder Studio

• Familiarity with Oracle Guided Learning, Guided Journeys, and digital adoption methodologies
