This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Transform extensive workforce data into clear and compelling narratives that influence significant business decisions.
• Collaborate directly with leaders to address issues such as retention, engagement, talent shortages, and more.
• Leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to identify workforce risks and opportunities, providing solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Analyze data thoroughly to reveal patterns related to attrition, hiring, employee development, talent management, and employee feedback—bringing insights to light that others may overlook.
• Convert validated data into engaging visual stories that leaders are eager to explore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• A minimum of eight years of experience in analytics or consulting, including at least five years specializing in People Analytics.
• In-depth understanding of organizational operations and how individuals contribute to business outcomes.
• Ability to quickly establish trust and serve as a strategic advisor to executives.
• Proficient in interpreting statistical concepts such as regression, correlation versus causation, and standard deviation.
• Experienced in Power BI or Tableau, capable of modifying queries and independently creating custom visualizations.
• Strong familiarity with HCM systems like Oracle Cloud HCM, including knowledge of the underlying data structures.
• Proficient in using SQL or advanced Excel tools to merge and analyze data from various sources.
