MES Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Connecting the gaps between business operations and the functionality & capabilities of MES.

• Converting customer needs into a comprehensive solution design.

• Solving technical issues effectively.

• Authoring technical specifications.

• Collaborating with DevOps solution management.

• Managing tasks with a strong emphasis on follow-up.

• Achieving all budget, deliverable, and timeline objectives.

• Providing production and end-user support for MES solutions.

• Assisting with integration into other enterprise solutions.

• Collaborating with internal customers and external suppliers, as well as business partners, to design and develop system solutions utilizing the latest technologies to meet requirements.

• Overseeing suppliers and partners to coordinate and monitor resources necessary for solution development and implementation.

• Handling multiple projects concurrently with regular updates in a structured process.

• Authoring and/or contributing to system functional requirements, technical design documents, and test plans.

• Partnering with business teams to strategize and execute projects/enhancements.

• Ensuring adherence to RTX / PW policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related area; OR an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related field, paired with 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or a related area.

• Proficient understanding and interpretation of the JAVA programming language.

• Technical expertise in SQL products.

• Familiarity with GitHub and JIRA for DevOps management.

• Skills related to data analytics and system integration.

• Exceptional communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• U.S. Citizenship is required (due to Government contractual obligations).
