Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, implement, and incorporate M&A prospects.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive financial models, such as DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and analyses of merger implications.

• Perform target evaluations, industry analysis, and valuation comparisons to aid pipeline enhancement.

• Oversee financial due diligence workstreams, including quality of earnings assessments, working capital evaluations, normalization adjustments, and synergy quantification.

• Establish and track business performance indicators for deals, encompassing key performance indicator monitoring, profitability evaluations, and trend analysis.

• Assist in post-acquisition integration oversight – including synergy realization, purchase accounting, and performance assessment against deal thesis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving.

• Proven quantitative and analytical abilities.

• Capability to operate in fast-paced environments while juggling competing priorities.

• Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as necessary.
