This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new merchants, ensuring a seamless transition to live status.
• Oversee a portfolio of merchants, taking responsibility for their activities, retention, and overall performance.
• Track merchant activity, monitor failed transactions, and analyze behavioral trends to proactively identify issues.
• Recognize at-risk merchants promptly and implement strategies to avert churn.
• Conduct structured discussions with merchants that concentrate on performance and growth.
• Address merchant concerns comprehensively and ensure resolution through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles for merchants.
• Maintain organized and accurate CRM records for all merchant interactions.
• Enhance internal processes and the management of merchants at scale.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Merchant Success, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing data to monitor performance, pinpoint issues, and inform decision-making.
• Demonstrates high levels of ownership and commitment to follow-through.
• Capable of thriving in a high-paced work setting.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Experience in B2B Fintech is a significant advantage.
