Merchant KYB Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Reach out to merchants via email, phone, or other authorized communication methods.

• Inform them that completing their KYB process is essential for Wolt’s compliance standards.

• Provide clear guidance on the necessary documents they need to submit.

• Assist merchants in understanding where and how to provide the required information.

• Follow up with merchants who have yet to finalize the process.

• Verify that uploaded documents are complete and satisfy basic internal criteria.

• Identify and report any missing, unclear, or incorrect information to the appropriate teams.

• Utilize internal tools to monitor progress and maintain updated merchant information.

• Proficiency in both English and Polish.

• Excellent communication abilities and confidence in reaching out to merchants.

• Capability to explain processes in a clear and patient manner.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with documents and organized information.

• Ability to adhere to clear guidelines and internal procedures.

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously.

• Professional demeanor when handling sensitive information from merchants.
