Merchandising Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.

• Engage with target accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's and secure display/end cap placements in-store.

• Relay sales leads and additional growth opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Enhance product distribution as authorized by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.

• Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and presented according to the designated brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold storage, and warm shelves in alignment with account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Install point-of-sale materials as sanctioned by the account manager.

• Engage in new store openings and provide support for store resets.

• Capture images; include photos in weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct demonstrations upon request.

• Create and maintain a well-organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account visits each day.

• Track and document all account visits using the Celsius sales app.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Complete any additional records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising. Previous merchandising experience is an advantage.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.

• Availability to work flexible hours, maintaining a 40-hour work week (Wednesday - Sunday).

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.

• Must be a self-starter and a collaborative team player.

• Valid driving record, insurance, and license are required.

• Personal vehicle required; an allowance will be provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external contacts.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must reside within their county area.
