Merchandising Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies.

• Engage with designated accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to implement PDQ’s, displays, and end cap placements in-store.

• Relay sales leads and additional growth opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Broaden product distribution as authorized by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.

• Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and standalone coolers are stocked and displayed according to the specified brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, and cold/warm storage according to account protocols (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Install point-of-sale materials as sanctioned by the account manager.

• Assist in new store openings and provide support during store resets.

• Capture images; include photos in weekly reporting documentation.

• Conduct product demonstrations upon request.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly/monthly planning.

• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.

• Make 15-20 account visits daily.

• Monitor and finalize all account visits using the Celsius sales application.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is an advantage.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work flexible hours within a 40-hour work week (Wednesday - Sunday).

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.

• Must be a self-starter and team-oriented individual.

• Excellent driving record and valid insurance/license are mandatory.

• Personal vehicle required; an allowance will be provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective interaction both internally and with external contacts.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must reside within their county area.
