Merchandising Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Direct the strategy, sourcing, and implementation of branded merchandise initiatives across significant client accounts.

• Define and guide merchandising strategies across client portfolios.

• Supervise the creation of curated product assortments for e-commerce, kits, catalogs, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure that all merchandising solutions are aligned with brand identity, trend-focused, and commercially viable.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of merchandising professionals.

• Act as a senior merchandising partner to account teams and key clients.

• Establish and oversee a preferred supplier network.

• Collaborate with sales, account management, inventory team, and finance to balance competitiveness with financial objectives.

• Manage timelines and work-back schedules to ensure timely delivery.

• Lead the analysis of SKU performance, category trends, and program outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or a related field (preferred).

• Over 5 years of experience in promotional products merchandising, sourcing, or product development.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading or mentoring team members.

• Strong understanding of promotional product categories, suppliers, and decoration techniques.

• Experience in supporting intricate client programs or managing multiple accounts.
