This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the entire private label sublimation design process, from submission through to execution and approval.
• Define, document, and enhance workflows for design intake, production, review, and approval on a continuous basis.
• Document and provide training on the design process to ensure adequate coverage and backfill during high-demand periods.
• Effectively communicate design processes, timelines, and expectations with the Sales and Merchandising teams.
• Oversee the Fan Wear design, including rotational design templates and club-specific design initiatives.
• Manage the creation, upkeep, and precision of branded merchandising lookbooks.
• Execute logo redraws and deliver production-ready artwork through the Art Management System.
• Assist in developing Inaria-branded sublimated products.
• Create presentations for Inaria-branded club products.
• Develop merchandising and design presentations as required.
• Monitor all designs in the pipeline and communicate proactively regarding status, timelines, risks, and delays.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Club partners on design scoping calls to clarify requirements and align expectations from the outset.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.
• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
• Experience in apparel, sublimated product design, or merchandising settings is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Competent in using Adobe Creative Suite and Excel.
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities.
• Practical experience in producing production-ready artwork and managing design execution.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
