Merchandising Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage and process weekly purchase orders for broadloom samples and cuttings.

• Liaise with vendors to confirm purchase orders, verify lead times, and check costs.

• Monitor open purchase orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.

• Collaborate with warehouse personnel concerning incoming purchase order receipts and address any discrepancies.

• Oversee shipment flow and manage issues related to missing packages or partial shipments.

• Establish new SKUs in internal systems while ensuring product data is accurate and comprehensive.

• Update and maintain product data across relevant platforms and databases.

• Work alongside the Merchandising Associate to audit and refine product information as necessary.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

• Highly analytical and exceptionally organized.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in English communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Highly skilled and comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is advantageous.

• A genuine interest in the interior design or home furnishings sector.
