Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Perform daily merchandising activities across designated accounts in alignment with Look of Success standards.

• Promote compliance with distribution, shelf standards, and Key Account mandates.

• Ensure products are adequately stocked, rotated, and displayed correctly.

• Create and sustain both mandated and additional displays.

• Conduct up to 15 store visits daily, starting at 8 am and concluding at 5 pm local time.

• Utilize daily routing objectives to visit specific stores while reviewing account priorities to support additional locations.

• Precisely document execution and reporting using the CRM tool.

• Manage OLIPOP assets and relay store-level opportunities to Sales leadership. Provide account updates and in-store execution insights to field sales teams via tools such as Slack and CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of merchandising or field sales experience in the beverage, distributor, or CPG sectors.

• Preference for candidates with experience in large format or natural channel retailers.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license, a reliable insured personal vehicle, and a clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel up to 30 miles from home for store visits.

• Capability to lift 50 lbs, endure long periods of standing, and travel approximately 30 miles based on the route.

• Ability to remain on your feet in retail settings and seated in a vehicle for extended durations as part of regular job responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
