This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
β’ Demonstrate and sell products to both existing and potential customers
β’ Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and business partners
β’ Reach out to customer leads via phone and email as necessary
β’ Address customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction
β’ Meet and exceed sales goals and outcomes
β’ Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
β’ Prepare reports on new sales, target accomplishments, and issues for management
β’ Gather feedback for continuous improvement
β’ Demonstrated experience as a sales representative
β’ Proficiency in MS Office
β’ Knowledge of CRM practices
β’ Highly driven and motivated with a successful history in sales
β’ Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation abilities
β’ Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
β’ Capability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
β’ Relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback
β’ BS/BA degree or equivalent
