Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Every Dyson product, from vacuum cleaners to air conditioners, has a narrative — and you are the storyteller!

• In this position, you will visit different stores, stylishly arrange products, and share your expertise with the on-site teams.

• You won’t need to rush from one store to another; your time is precious — that’s why you will collaborate closely with the Area Manager to optimize your routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• With your keen eye for design and attractive presentation, you will also identify suitable marketing strategies that enhance product visibility and showcase items in a more appealing way.

• To avoid unfortunate incidents, you will prepare for maintenance issues ahead of your visits and perform minor repairs in-store, such as replacing faulty lighting elements or damaged displays.

• With regular product training and coaching, the shop floor becomes your stage — whether inquiries come from retail partners or customers, you will always have the right answers and embody the playful ease with which we simplify household life globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a retail salesperson, visual merchandiser, sales associate, or a similar qualification, along with adequate practical/handyman skills to handle minor repairs without requiring emergency assistance.

• A willingness to travel and a valid driver's license to access our various locations.

• Proficiency in using MS Office.

• A passion for innovative Dyson products and technology, coupled with the confidence to proactively share ideas and provide feedback.
