Merchandise Associate – International Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Product Catalog Maintenance: Work in collaboration with the Merchandise Team to refresh and sustain the product catalog, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and other pertinent information are up-to-date and accurate.

• Item Set Up: Precisely input product details and pricing into our database system, ensuring that all information is current and free of errors.

• Data Entry: Accurately record product information in our database system, ensuring that all data remains up-to-date and error-free.

• Quality Control: Perform regular quality assessments on product data to guarantee accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

• Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with the merchandise team based in San Francisco. Provide consistent updates on tasks, projects, and any encountered challenges.

• Ad Hoc Support: Offer assistance to the merchandise team as required, including support with special projects, conducting research, and executing other administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clothing Technology, Apparel Engineering, or Fashion Merchandising.

• 2 to 6+ years of experience in a structured apparel operation, specifically in buying, merchandise planning, or brand management roles.

• Proficiency in English.

• Over 2 years of experience in data entry in English.

• Outstanding writing abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills: Comfort in performing calculations, analyzing data, and tracking figures under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).

• Adaptable and capable of taking on various roles.
