MEP CAD/Revit Designer – Plumbing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop precise and detailed shop drawings for plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.

• Efficiently coordinate and route piping systems while ensuring constructability and adherence to code standards.

• Recognize and address complex routing and coordination issues.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams for the seamless integration of MEP systems.

• Adhere to established client templates, standards, and documentation protocols.

• Review project specifications to ensure all drawings meet relevant codes and requirements.

• Work alongside other trades to identify and resolve clashes prior to construction.

• Update and revise drawings based on client feedback, field conditions, and changes in the project.

• Keep project documentation and drawing files organized.

• Engage in project meetings and convey technical solutions clearly and professionally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating MEP shop drawings.

• Advanced skills in Revit MEP.

• Strong background in AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

• Solid understanding of construction methods and building systems.

• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and oral.

• Capability to work autonomously with little supervision.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience in coordinating with various disciplines on construction projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
