This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Handle incoming calls from customers or restaurants.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers or restaurants to address acknowledgment errors.
• Oversee incoming tickets created from emails or texts through the CRM (customer relationship management portal).
• Return calls for any voicemails that generate a ticket.
• Provide minor troubleshooting for product or service issues reported by customers or restaurants.
• Direct calls/tickets to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication between restaurants and customers.
• Perform various clerical duties as needed.
• Minimum – High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in Mandarin.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Competent in operating a computer in a Windows-based environment.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
