Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health, Tennessee Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in a virtual environment.

• Engage in supervision or consultation to improve clinical skills and obtain necessary support.

• Operate remotely within a completely flexible and supportive setting.

• Assist women during various reproductive life phases utilizing a holistic clinical approach.

• Address common mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience, expertise, and enthusiasm for conducting online individual therapy and addressing women’s mental health needs, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause.

• Clinical proficiency in employing evidence-based treatment models.

• Comfort and skill in using virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite.

• Must be based in and fully licensed in Tennessee (TN).

• Must possess an active license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist.

• Preference will be given to candidates with multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following: AZ, DC, CA, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA.

• At least 1 year of experience in women’s mental health, particularly focusing on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause.

• Experience in a telehealth environment.

• Tech-savvy.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records.

• Ability to adapt to new systems quickly.

• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
