Associate Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid population.

• Concentrate on clinical care while the organization manages billing, insurance, and credentialing.

• Establish your own hours and availability, and select which referrals to accept.

• Develop a varied caseload through the company’s extensive referral network.

• Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor and accumulate hours towards full licensure.

• Perform mental health assessments.

• Utilize knowledge of mental health diagnoses.

• Create effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Work alongside clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LAC or LMS license in good standing within the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling.

• A minimum of 6 months of practical therapy or assessment experience.

• Possession of malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Proficiency with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office.

• Ownership of a computer and reliable internet for secure virtual sessions.

• Fluency in English.

• Spanish proficiency is preferred; additional languages are a bonus.

• Currently pursuing independent licensure.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Must be located in Arizona.
