Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth, Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions.

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients with a range of clinical requirements.

• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learning.

• Monitor client outcomes and progress between sessions.

• Provide care that is culturally responsive to the needs of clients.

• Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.

• Conduct peer-based quality assurance evaluations.

• Engage in training sessions to further develop clinical skills.

• Access expert support and consultation for clients with complex needs.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver evidence-based care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree from a clinical discipline (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).

• An unrestricted license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or an equivalent, permitting independent practice without supervision and free from any current, past, or pending disciplinary actions.

• A strong background in and commitment to evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.

• Familiarity with clinical best practices, particularly measurement-based care and skill promotion.

• Experience in managing risk and addressing clinical crises.

• Prior experience in providing telehealth therapy services is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in computer and live video platforms, such as Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, or Skype.

• Proven ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients, with up to 30 potential bookable calendar slots.

• Capacity to commit to full-time work, approximately 40 hours each week.

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
