This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older, utilizing various modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 ongoing therapy sessions each week.
• Employ data-driven approaches to enhance treatment effectiveness and modify strategies based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary and refer clients when appropriate.
• Keep progress notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients.
• Complete, sign, and securely lock all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client contact.
• Active Missouri license in good standing as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Openness to obtaining licensure in additional states; the cost will be covered by Two Chairs.
• Availability for 8 to 24 hours weekly, with 85% of that time dedicated to client sessions.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult clients aged 18 and above.
• At least 6 months of experience in teletherapy.
• Expertise with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 for monitoring client progress.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to select 7 to 10 session hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
• Availability during regular business hours for at least 1 hour weekly during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes monthly for ongoing support.
• Documentation must be completed, signed, and locked in the EMR within 48 hours of client interaction.
• Clinical rate of $58.50/hour, including mandatory training for Missouri residents; out-of-state clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85/hour.
• Administrative rate of $17.50/hour, covering no-shows and late cancellations for Missouri residents.
