Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-supported therapy to adult clients (ages 18 and older)

• Manage a caseload of 7-20 ongoing therapy and consultation sessions weekly

• Utilize data to inform effective treatment strategies and modify your approach based on client progress

• Work in collaboration with other mental health professionals as necessary and make referrals when suitable

• Keep progress notes and documentation in alignment with HIPAA and state regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed in Idaho as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adults (ages 18 and older)

• At least six months of experience providing teletherapy

• Available for 8-24 hours each week, with 85% of your time dedicated to client sessions

• Must be available during standard business hours for at least one hour each week during the initial training period of six weeks

• Competent in conducting clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress

• Openness to training in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluation

• Experience with electronic health/medical record systems for documenting progress notes, treatment plans, etc.

• Must hold a valid license and maintain good standing with your relevant licensing board
