Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Maintain a caseload of 7 to 20 sessions weekly

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and assessments for new clients

• Allocate approximately 85% of total working hours to direct client care

• Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly for the first 6 weeks, transitioning to 30 minutes monthly

• Employ data-driven strategies to enhance treatment and adapt care based on client progress

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and make referrals when necessary

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client interaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in Florida as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Willing and motivated to obtain licensure in additional states

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+)

• At least 6 months of experience providing teletherapy

• Proficient in clinical assessments, including the PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Availability Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST, with 8 to 24 hours of total weekly availability

• Capability to complete documentation within 48 hours of client contact
