Mental Health Therapist – Mandarin speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Join Lyra’s network of in-person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches throughout the United States.

• Deliver culturally sensitive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.

• Assist with a wide range of mental health needs, spanning from mild to complex cases.

• Aim to connect with well-matched, motivated clients, along with receiving administrative and marketing support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical discipline (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).

• **Possession of an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to operate independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without any current, past, or pending disciplinary action**.

• Proven experience and dedication to delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement-based care, promoting skills practice).

• **Capability to provide care** to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a **strong preference for in-person** service delivery.

• Must hold a license in Minnesota and be fluent in Mandarin.

• Open to both virtual and in-person opportunities.

• Experience in managing risk and responding to clinical crises as necessary.

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
