This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver evidence-based individual teletherapy to students aged 11–24 experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.
• Establish trusted relationships with both youth and their families.
• Offer psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.
• Licensed professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California.
• Experience in diagnosing, treatment planning, and collaborating with youth and families in clinical or educational environments.
• Strong telehealth capabilities and a dependable high-speed Internet connection.
• Dedication to providing culturally responsive care and promoting equity.
• Competitive Compensation: W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annually (paid bi-weekly).
• Flexible Schedule: Determine your working hours from Monday to Friday (3-8 PM) with optional availability on weekends (9 AM-5 PM).
• W2 Caseload Commitment: W-2 clinicians manage a caseload of 25 weekly slots (Monday-Friday 3 PM-8 PM PST), aiming for an average of 17 completed sessions per week across the month. Daybreak offers consistent referrals and scheduling support to help achieve this target.
• Comprehensive Benefits (W-2): Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEUs, and supervisor support.
• Daybreak covers approximately 90% of medical premiums and 100% of dental and vision premiums for W-2 employees.
• Daybreak also subsidizes around 65% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for all eligible dependents.

• Contract Perks (1099): Minimal weekly caseload requirement (5 sessions), CEUs, bilingual pay, and cross-license bonuses in states where we operate.
