This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional virtual therapy that is meaningful and based on evidence-driven interventions including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

• Leverage our advanced collaboration portal to engage with students, ensuring they receive the necessary support.

• Collaborate closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to guarantee integrated care.

• Keep timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions to promote continuity of care.

• Partner with our administrative support team to enhance student care, from initial outreach to resource allocation.

• Work with leadership during critical patient situations to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Become proficient in our distinctive care model, allowing you to effectively assist college students and continually enhance your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC). Holding multi-state licensure is a plus, as our operations extend across all 50 states.

• Capable of performing comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes along with clear diagnostic evaluations.

• Skillfully integrate conceptual insights with suitable treatment strategies.

• Competent in treating a diverse range of students with empathy and respect.

• Ability to identify and effectively manage escalating risk situations.

• Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a quality video camera and a reliable internet connection for conducting virtual therapy sessions.
