This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional and impactful virtual therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

• Leverage our advanced collaboration platform to connect with students, offering them the necessary support.

• Collaborate closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure integrated care.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions to guarantee continuity of care.

• Partner with our administrative support team to improve overall student care, from initial outreach to resource allocation.

• Work alongside leadership during critical patient situations to secure the best possible outcomes.

• Become proficient in our distinctive care model, empowering you to effectively assist college students and continuously hone your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in TN.

• Capable of performing comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic evaluations.

• Skillfully integrate conceptual insights with suitable treatment plans.

• Experienced in treating a diverse range of students with empathy and respect.

• Effectively identify and manage escalating risk situations.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a high-quality video camera and a reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual therapy.
