Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychosocial support and educational resources necessary to enhance the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and above.

• Enable therapists to maximize their professional skills with the assistance of our clinical care team.

• Utilize assessment and treatment planning tools to improve and maintain continuity of care for patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, current, and unrestricted State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated excellent skills in diagnostics, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

• Proven ability to work effectively with others and excel in team environments.

• Experience in, or a willingness to learn and adapt to, virtual therapy delivery methods.

• Strong understanding of the psychosocial factors related to health and illness.

• Proficient with technology, including electronic health record systems, and comfortable engaging across various platforms.

• Knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements.

• Demonstrated capability in crisis intervention techniques.

• Prior experience in a mental health clinic or hospital environment.

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university completed.
