⛳️ Requirements

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD qualifications.

• A seasoned Mental Health Therapist or Counselor with a dedication to assisting adults, couples, or teenagers.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• Possession of a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) enabling you to provide therapy without supervision.

• Residency in the U.S., along with a private workspace, dependable internet, and liability insurance.

• A professional and private setting for conducting therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Professional liability insurance is a must.

• A reliable internet connection is necessary.

• Currently residing in the United States.

• NOTE: Unfortunately, if you are an intern or require supervision to provide therapy services, you are ineligible to become a provider on BetterHelp at this time. Additionally, we cannot accept substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, Christian counselors, or business coaches unless they hold an additional license as a mental health counselor.
