Mental Health Telemedicine Physician – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, virtual mental health medication management through a 90-minute intake session and 30-minute follow-up consultations.

• Perform mental health risk assessments and evaluations.

• Record treatment recommendations, communicate with patients, and prescribe medications utilizing Lyra’s specialized mental health EHR.

• Collaborate with the team psychiatrist and colleagues in regular one-on-one and group consultations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a board-certified MD or DO, preferably in internal medicine or family medicine.

• At least two years of experience following residency, with a focus on longitudinal and continuity of care models.

• Hold an unrestricted medical license.

• Demonstrate a strong interest in and passion for mental health.

• Willingness to enhance expertise in mental health care.

• Possess excellent time management abilities.

• Comfortable leveraging technology to provide care virtually.

• Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to commit to 20 hours per week spread across 3-5 days. Flexible scheduling is encouraged, but primary availability should align with regular business hours, including some patient communication outside these hours.
