Mental Health Professional Trainer – Netsmart Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the training for all new hire Mental Health Professionals, including instruction on Netsmart myAvatar, documentation practices, clinical services, crisis intervention, and agency policies and procedures.

• Deliver clinical support and training related to the Netsmart myAvatar Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Keep Netsmart training materials current, generate reports for clinical leadership, and respond to the support and training needs of MHPs and other clinical staff.

• Offer recommendations regarding the clinical validity of submitted correction requests.

• Provide additional assistance for myAvatar-related tasks as needed.

• Participate in myAvatar CWS calls, utilize Netsmart Connect, and explore other resources to enhance the clinical practices and workflows within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in counseling or social work.

• A current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE).

• At least 5 years of experience as a Mental Health Professional is mandatory.

• Exceptional clinical, organizational, and presentation abilities.

• A strong passion for the training and development of fellow Mental Health Professionals.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to multitask and solve problems as necessary.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a treatment team.
