Mental Health Group Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Facilitate 28 hours of group sessions weekly utilizing Charlie Health’s evidence-informed curriculum.

• Review the assigned curriculum and conduct sessions across different age groups and cohorts.

• Promote client involvement and group unity, fostering a culture of camera engagement and active participation.

• Attend Treatment Team meetings every Tuesday.

• Engage in bi-weekly Group Supervision with Clinical Leadership.

• Monitor and complete client documentation within 24 hours, adhering to State and The Joint Commission standards.

• Maintain professional and timely communication via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff.

• Available to work full-time schedules from Monday to Thursday or part-time schedules on Monday to Thursday or Friday to Saturday, during the specified PST group hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).

• Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in Oregon.

• Proven proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI.

• Experience in intensive treatment environments.

• Capability to work with a diverse population ranging from ages 8 to 64.

• Skill in facilitating engaging and effective virtual sessions.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Strong commitment to group-based treatment.

• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
