Mental Health Group Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide 28 hours of group facilitation each week utilizing Charlie Health’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Review the designated curriculum prior to the commencement of group sessions.

• Facilitate groups for various age demographics and cohorts, including Integrative, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour.

• Promote client engagement and group unity by encouraging a camera-on culture and active involvement.

• Engage in Tuesday collaborative Treatment Team meetings.

• Participate in bi-weekly Group Supervision with Clinical Leadership.

• Oversee and complete client documentation within a 24-hour timeframe, adhering to State and The Joint Commission standards.

• Maintain professional and timely communication via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff members.

• Provide psychoeducation and skill-building facilitation in a completely remote telehealth environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related discipline (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).

• Must currently live in and be legally authorized to work in the state of Oregon.

• Proven proficiency in various modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI).

• Experience in intensive treatment environments.

• Capability to work with a diverse clientele and age ranges from 8 to 64.

• Ability to conduct engaging and effective virtual sessions.

• Consistent high-speed internet connection.

• Strong commitment to group-based treatment methodologies.

• Capacity to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

• Committed Master’s-level professional or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

• Availability to adhere to required group schedules: Monday-Thursday or Friday-Saturday for part-time roles; schedules operate in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
