Mental Health Group Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Facilitate 28 hours of group sessions weekly utilizing Charlie Health’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Review the allocated curriculum prior to the start of each group session.

• Lead groups for various age demographics and cohorts, including Integrative, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour.

• Encourage client engagement and foster group cohesion, promoting a culture of camera-on participation and active involvement.

• Attend collaborative Treatment Team meetings held on Tuesdays.

• Engage in bi-weekly Group Supervision with Clinical Leadership.

• Ensure timely monitoring and completion of client documentation within 24 hours, adhering to State and The Joint Commission standards.

• Maintain professional and timely communication via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in a mental health or related discipline (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).

• Must currently reside in and hold legal eligibility to work in Oregon.

• Proven proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI).

• Experience in intensive treatment environments.

• Capability to work with a diverse clientele across age ranges from 8 to 64.

• Ability to conduct engaging and effective virtual sessions.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection.

• Strong commitment to group-based treatment approaches.

• Ability to uphold appropriate professional boundaries.

• Availability for the required group schedules, Monday-Thursday or Friday-Saturday, as applicable.
