This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Fulfill all Onboarding requirements within two weeks of your start date.
• Conduct a minimum of one monthly meeting with your designated Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director for required check-ins.
• Promptly respond to all email and Slack communications within 48 hours of receipt.
• Review the curriculum linked to your group assignment prior to the commencement of group sessions.
• Arrive approximately 10 minutes early to scheduled group sessions and facilitate all groups for the full hour.
• Conduct groups in accordance with Charlie Health best practices and utilize the most current Charlie Health curriculum.
• Facilitate groups across various age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour as necessary.
• Promote client engagement and group cohesion during sessions, encouraging participation and fostering a camera-on culture.
• Adhere to all operational policies and procedures as specified by Charlie Health best practices.
• Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers, and other Clinical Leadership team members.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with the care team, including Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, and Care Coaches.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
• Ensure your treatment documentation is completed within the required 24-hour timeframe and meets agency and professional standards as per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards.
• Uphold and exemplify professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT from Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays to accommodate the schedules of adolescent and young adult clients.
• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required (see below for the complete list).
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficient in a variety of modalities and confident in integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus).
• Passionate about the advantages of group treatment and skilled in delivering group therapy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Creative and engaging, especially in virtual settings!
• Possess the technical skills to conduct effective telehealth sessions.
• A reliable WIFI connection is required for meetings with clients.
• Familiarity with and willingness to utilize cloud-based communication tools—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox—in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis.
• This is a part-time 1099 role.
