This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engaging in roleplaying clinical scenarios utilizing AI agents
• Conducting red teaming activities
• Detecting behavioral edge cases
• Aiding in the accurate identification and handling of psychological distress
• Crafting psychometrics, rubrics, behavioral taxonomies, and evaluations
• Upholding strict confidentiality and quality assurance standards
• Contributing to interdisciplinary review sessions
• Graduate-level education (either completed or ongoing) in psychology, counseling, social work, psychiatry, or a related discipline
• Proven experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and severe psychopathology
• Knowledge of AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
• Strong comprehension of ethics and confidentiality practices
• Capability to work remotely and proficiently use Slack, LLM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Comfort with uncertainty and a feedback-oriented work approach
• Willingness to sign non-disclosure agreements and handle sensitive content
• Availability for up to 10 hours per week and for occasional scheduled meetings
• Completed degree and/or licensure required
• Over 5 years of clinical crisis experience
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Background in roleplay, theatre, or conversational design
• Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or behavioral data labeling
• Interest in AI, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning (ML) within clinical contexts
• Active participation in online communities (such as Discord or Reddit)
