This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct assessments, ongoing treatments, and management of the biopsychosocial factors impacting health and well-being for designated patients.
• Engage in the creation, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of programs tailored to address patient needs.
• Support health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management in partnership with the healthcare team.
• Oversee and assess service delivery for individual clients, communities, and populations.
• Graduate from an accredited university.
• Registered and maintaining good standing with a regulated health professional college.
• A minimum of five years of clinical work experience.
• Comprehensive mental health clinical training.
• Skills/Abilities: Advanced proficiency in mental health knowledge and experience working with adults, children, youth, and families.
• Familiarity with addictions care and navigation.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in assessing and managing mental health conditions.
• Experience in developing and facilitating group sessions.
• Knowledge of pertinent healthcare legislation and community mental health resources.
