Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to therapists, conducting regular individual consultation sessions to ensure high standards of care and professional advancement.

• Facilitate group case consultations and lead team meetings to encourage collaborative problem-solving and knowledge exchange.

• Review and give feedback on clinical documentation to uphold best practices.

• Ensure therapists adhere to safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards.

• Offer on-call risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating schedule) for complex or crisis situations.

• Mentor and assist therapists in their professional development.

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives, which include regular chart audits and outcome evaluations.

• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to create and implement new evidence-based treatment strategies and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional with a minimum of 10 years of post-license experience in providing psychotherapy, including over 6 years specifically in pediatric mental health.

• Experience in supervision and risk management within a pediatric outpatient environment.

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFTs, PsyD, PhD).

• Ability to work autonomously with a keen interest in collaboration and learning.

• Proficient in using and learning new technologies, such as Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools.

• Extensive knowledge of CBT, with experience in other evidence-based models like DBT and/or behavioral parenting support and training considered advantageous.

• Experience in supporting therapists with the assessment and management of mild to moderate risk.

• Background in treating children, adolescents, and/or young adults with various diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioral challenges, and other childhood and adolescent conditions.
