This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming patient calls and provide inquiries with professional and compassionate answers.
• Inform prospective patients about the services and treatment options that are available.
• Assist in scheduling consultations for new patients and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct follow-up communications with patients and send appointment reminders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.
• Complete the onboarding and intake processes for new patients.
• Create and maintain new patient profiles and records in Simple Practice.
• Execute insurance pre-qualification and eligibility assessments.
• Organize patient documentation, forms, and necessary paperwork.
• Ensure accurate patient records and administrative workflows are maintained.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Update and manage the practice's profile on Psychology Today.
• Assist in updating and modifying website content.
• Support Google Ads campaigns and various marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to enhancing online visibility and efforts for patient acquisition.
• Aid in projects for practice growth and outreach activities.
• Familiarity with Simple Practice is required.
• Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, psychology, or mental health practices is preferred.
• Strong skills in patient communication and customer service are essential.
• Experience with patient intake, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling is necessary.
• Basic skills in website editing are required.
• Exposure to Google Ads or support in digital marketing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
• Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing both administrative and marketing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in clear spoken and written English is required.
• Relevant work experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must be able to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory].
• Availability for video meetings with the camera on (when required) is necessary.
• Device: A reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
• Internet: A high-speed connection (minimum 25 Mbps) is essential.
• Audio: A noise-canceling headset is needed.
