
Membership Marketing Lead – Women Leading Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of WLT's global membership marketing strategy and create multi-channel campaigns encompassing email, social media, and partnerships.
• Develop and enhance lead nurturing flows while testing messaging, cadence, and offers to boost conversion rates.
• Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, open rates, renewals, and other essential statistics.
• Oversee the complete member lifecycle, from application and onboarding to engagement and renewal.
• Execute recruitment campaigns and keep a proactive retention calendar.
• Compose monthly communications for members and updates for partners.
• Create WLT's playbook for recruitment and retention messaging across email, landing pages, and ROI reporting.
• Manage the Member Ambassador Program and organize regional meetups, including coordinating venues.
• Maintain CRM dashboards to provide visibility into the pipeline and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution.
• 3–5 years of experience in membership management, community engagement, marketing, or client success.
• Ideally experienced in media, associations, or event planning.
• Proven history of designing and implementing marketing campaigns that yield measurable acquisition and retention results.
• Excellent writing abilities, including crafting persuasive outreach emails, compelling value propositions, and effective subject lines.
• Practical experience with CRM tools; HubSpot is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and the development of nurture sequences or conversion funnels.
• Ability to generate reports, identify trends, and translate data into actionable next steps.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple campaigns, regional events, and outreach activities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to independently manage high-visibility programs.
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.
