This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.
• Oversee the complete membership lifecycle, from outreach to prospects and converting them to onboarding coordination and eventual offboarding.
• Interact with high-net-worth prospects while managing the membership pipeline effectively.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and provide a seamless experience for members.
• Perform independent outreach through phone, video, and email communications.
• Schedule and prepare for high-touch conversion discussions with the founders.
• Evaluate incoming Expressions of Interest for cultural compatibility and verify against category capacity limits.
• Maintain precision in the CRM while tracking stage counts and velocity.
• Monitor regional category caps and ensure strict compliance.
• Develop, enhance, and refine playbooks, scripts, and templates for the conversion process.
• Manage the complete application and screening process, including coordinating background checks and reference calls.
• Process invoicing for verification fees and member dues, while tracking receivables in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Oversee the intake process for member-recommended experts and referral pipelines.
• Conduct the offboarding and seat-reopening processes.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in membership management, community management, customer success, business development, sales, executive support, or a similar client-facing position.
• Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and guide prospects through various stages of a sales or membership funnel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and influencing high-net-worth individuals and senior professionals.
• Proficient in conducting outreach through phone, video calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Practical experience with CRM systems, ensuring accurate record keeping, pipeline stage management, and reporting.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of handling multiple priorities at once.
• Experience in creating or enhancing operational processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Comfortable managing background checks, reference checks, and screening procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative on projects, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• **English Proficiency:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including strong pronunciation, fluency, and the capability to communicate confidently and professionally with founders, prospects, and members.
• Familiarity with AI-driven screening tools or automation platforms is an advantage.
