This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Foster trusted relationships with senior leaders from Fortune 1000 member organizations through consistent outreach and proactive engagement.
• Implement structured member health campaigns to ensure active participation in peer connections, in-person summits, discussion forums, research initiatives, and other engagement opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate executive member introductions, advisory calls, and peer connections.
• Collaborate with Membership Directors to identify memberships at risk early and execute retention and engagement strategies prior to renewal.
• Assist with membership renewals by coordinating outreach, collecting feedback, scheduling renewal discussions, and preparing account insights for Membership Directors.
• Enhance relationships within current member companies by identifying additional executives who would benefit from involvement.
• Maintain precise CRM records, member health information, and account activity to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across Membership, Research, Marketing, and Operations to provide a seamless member experience.
• Utilize PowerBI dashboards and AI tools to monitor member health, recognize trends, prioritize outreach, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Consistently seek opportunities to enhance workflows, member engagement, and operational processes.
• 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Membership, Community Management, Client Services, Sales, or a related relationship-focused position.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.
• A proactive attitude that enjoys outreach, problem-solving, and facilitating others' success.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort navigating CRM systems and data.
• A desire to understand how enterprise executives make strategic business decisions.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity about AI and a passion for utilizing new technology to enhance efficiency and member experiences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Power BI, or similar business systems is advantageous.
