This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Membership Associate is responsible for processing and maintaining documentation associated with PO participation and health plan enrollment.
• Inputs and updates client information within the customer relationship management software.
• Ensures the accuracy of the membership roster for designated physician organizations.
• Independently manages several assigned tasks, delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Submits and monitors applications and terminations for practices and physicians, following up as necessary.
• Works collaboratively with practice coaches to gather accurate data for enrollment.
• Compiles and maintains current and precise data for all providers across databases and online systems.
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding sensitive physician information and membership documentation.
• Regularly communicates with practices concerning physician updates, information requests, and general maintenance.
• Engages with health plan representatives to resolve outstanding issues.
• Collaborates with Market Operations Managers and Operations Consultants to reconcile physician lists and administrative payments.
• Partners with the membership team and Operations Manager to enhance and optimize existing processes.
• Attends mandatory and routine meetings as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• A High School Diploma is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Possesses excellent time management, project management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify and complete tasks on time, with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective interaction with external and internal customers while maintaining a professional business demeanor.
• Must be a team player, thriving in a collaborative work environment.
• Comfortable with computers and software applications; has a strong aptitude for learning new technology.
