This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
β’ Manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to text messages and emails.
β’ Oversee casework and accurately document all interactions.
β’ Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Address routine customer issues at first contact whenever feasible.
β’ Refer complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
β’ Adhere to established processes and compliance standards.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management is preferred.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Excellent active listening skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
β’ Capability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at once.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Proficient with CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
β’ Basic computer skills and data entry capabilities.
β’ Paid Training - typically lasts 1-2 weeks, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Fri (CST)
β’ Benefit eligibility begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
