Member Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls in a high-volume setting while supporting SLA objectives.

• Address clinical referrals, consent forms, or general inquiries directed to our Member Support Inbox and/or SharePoint.

• Deliver exceptional service and support to callers, ensuring their needs are efficiently and effectively met from beginning to end.

• Exhibit professionalism, compassion, empathy, and active listening to grasp caller needs and present suitable solutions.

• Collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless delivery of care and services, positively influencing member outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with team members, actively contributing to team objectives.

• Engage in opportunities to assist with various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support; experience in healthcare or inbound contact centers is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective multitasking and time management to ensure prompt responses.

• Demonstrates adaptability and resilience, maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Flexible and adaptable, capable of navigating shifting business needs and priorities.
