Member Success Representative, Italian Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Follow up with fellow support staff involved in ticket resolution to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

• Meet or surpass the established team KPI objectives.

• Assist team leads and managers with administrative duties as required.

• Manage escalations and ensure that urgent matters are communicated swiftly.

• Help guarantee the fulfillment of service expectations for the designated role.

• Create positive customer support interactions and cultivate strong relationships with members.

• Provide timely resolutions or escalate requests as necessary.

• Communicate promptly regarding progress across various support channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess fluent Italian language skills at an expert or native proficiency level.

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English at an advanced level.

• Must read, write, and speak/understand Italian fluently (Expert or native proficiency level).

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position with direct consumer interaction.

• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.

• Experience with online support through ticketing and email systems.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management; capable of multitasking.

• Ability to work independently.

• Proactive, motivated, and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with collaborative document sharing.

• Capability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
