This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster and sustain relationships with member executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead, organize, and facilitate regular member check-ins, site visits, and ad hoc meetings.
• Ensure follow-up, internal coordination, and accountability for the outcomes of meetings.
• Identify service gaps and perform business and technical analyses, including cost/resource modeling.
• Connect internal and external product and service owners.
• Create action plans and solutions that align with operational and strategic objectives.
• Maintain documentation for accounts, meeting notes, action items, service history, CRM entries, and financial insights.
• Review KPIs to evaluate performance trends and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project management, business development, operations, and finance teams.
• Assist with product onboarding, technology optimization, professional services, and the transition from stabilization to maintenance.
• Travel to member organizations for go-live installations, service and operational collaboration, relationship management, or training.
• Preferred experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success Management.
• Strong knowledge of EHR, interoperability, healthcare compliance and regulation, and revenue cycle management is preferred.
• Familiarity with ambulatory and acute workflows and best practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare information technology and EPIC is preferred.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and the Microsoft Office Software Suite is preferred.
• Proven ability to create, maintain, and enhance executive-level member relationships is preferred.
• Capability to generate and maintain precise, accessible, and organized documentation is preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and questioning abilities.
• Ability to identify and collaborate internally and externally to provide new business solutions.
• Proficient in managing relationships with internal and external staff, promptly responding to inquiries, maintaining service level agreements, and managing expectations.
• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office.
• High-speed internet service is required.
• Must work in a distraction-free environment.
• COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption is required before hire.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
• Nationwide travel may be necessary, including up to 20% travel for on-site Go Live support.
