This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• The ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude; they should be a team player who quickly adapts, is highly detail-oriented, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates effective customer service abilities while making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from clients.
• Engages in account resolution negotiations and accurately records actions within the collection systems, ensuring compliance with company performance and productivity benchmarks.
• Keeps customer contact information current in the collections systems.
• May need to assist with additional queues to promote teamwork within the department.
• Escalates issues and supports team members with calls as necessary.
• Acts as a resource and subject matter expert, potentially providing training to other team members.
• May need to initiate external communication with customers and perform advanced loss prevention tasks (such as skip tracing, field chasing, account settlement) or administrative duties.
• Reviews the Month to Date (MTD) reports sent by the clubs for accuracy.
• Conducts a daily review of ABC regarding the previous day's dues collections and all club entries, checking for notes, club errors, and evergreen invoices.
• Processes all refunds from ABC and Point of Sale (POS), ensuring the accuracy of refunds from the clubs.
• Manages third-party collections and all necessary communication with the clubs on behalf of Swift.
• Functions as the liaison between ABC and the Club Operations Managers.
• Provides timely, responsive, and courteous communication regarding all member inquiries, questions, concerns, and needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possesses advanced phone and communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Exhibits excellent follow-through and detailed documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to multi-task while meeting deadlines without supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, research, resolution, and data analysis skills are essential.
• Must adhere to designated meal and rest break periods and clock in and out for all shifts.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.
• 1-4 years of administrative experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Previous experience in collections is preferred.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
