Member Services Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from members requesting assistance with the testing process, including support for setting up their online accounts, inquiries about specific tests and their administration, as well as questions regarding their test results.

• Initiate outbound calls to enroll members in various programs.

• Address email inquiries from members.

• Maintain system documentation to ensure that member records are thorough and accurate.

• Work in conjunction with the clinical team to guarantee all members receive the necessary clinical support as per program guidelines and operational best practices.

• Comply with all client program requirements and guidelines as part of standard operating procedures, and suggest improvements for the program.

• Test system enhancements and new features to verify they fulfill Care Team requirements.

• Propose enhancements to standard operating procedures and best practices for the Care Team.

• Foster a positive team atmosphere through cooperative and encouraging interactions with all team members.

• Achieve company goals by assisting with other special projects or tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• High comfort level with technology and familiarity with Google tools.

• Previous experience in tech support is an advantage.

• Familiarity with the Amazon Connect platform is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce is required.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, virtual setting.

• Outstanding organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Excellent teamwork skills and the capability to collaborate effectively.
