Member Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage all incoming reservation communications via phone, text, and email.

• Coordinate reservations across multiple locations, including approval, updates, and cancellations.

• Arrange ground transportation as required based on reservation needs.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate food and/or amenity requests.

• Provide assistance with general inquiries received through phone and email, including but not limited to: membership rates, PS services, and general questions.

• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office and adapt to CRM Dynamics platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a luxury customer service or hospitality-related field is required.

• Experience with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality environment is essential.

• Preferred experience in a leadership role within customer service, airline, or hospitality industries.

• Must be comfortable servicing high-net-worth clientele.

• Strong attention to detail is necessary.

• Capable of problem-solving effectively.

• Minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma or GED.

• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

• Must have access to a quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions.

• Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during early morning or late evening shifts.
